Encouragement!  People from every walk of life are in need of it. Rev. Ken Fithen is someone who knows what it's like to be down, discouraged, and in need of someone or something to encourage him.  Ken was stricken with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for 6 1/2 years which caused him to resign the church he was pastoring and end  almost 20 years of ministry.  But Rev. Fithen found his moment of encouragement when God touched him and healed him of the illness that had seemingly destroyed his life.  God has placed a passion in Rev. Fithen's life to spread the word of God's encouragement to churches and pastors.  His ministry is call "Encourage Ministries," and he travels to churches of all sizes, but his calling is to go to small struggling churches and let them know that somebody cares about them.  Because of his energetic style of preaching, he is called the "clapping preacher" and it is his desire to allow a move of the Holy Spirit in every service.  Please pray for Rev.
